Hazard

A hazard is a potential source of harm that can cause damage to health, life, property, or any other interest of value. Hazards can be classified as natural, anthropogenic, technological, or any combination thereof, and are characterized by stored energy that, when released, can cause damage. Identification of hazards is the first step in performing a risk assessment.

Emphasis is on C and assembly language programming, computer organization, parallelism, CPU design, and warehouse-scale computing.
