Complex Representations

Complex representation

A complex representation is a representation of a group or Lie algebra on a complex vector space. It can be distinguished from real and pseudoreal representations by the Frobenius-Schur indicator. The fundamental representation of SU(N) for N greater than two is an example of a complex representation.
